Erin Haar's Bio
Erin Haar, Creative Media & Marketing Manager
Erin Haar, CCS’ Creative Media & Marketing Manager, is a photographer, producer, and multimedia storyteller from Southern California. Her interest in visual stories began with photography and over the years has evolved to include video editing, social media, graphic design, and more. While studying at UC Berkeley from 2017-2020, she collaborated with Fujifilm as one of their first Student Storytellers and with Cal Athletics as a long-time Video Intern.
Her interest in arts administration began at Washington Performing Arts in 2019, where she interned in External Relations, sparking her desire to use her own creativity to promote the art of others. With a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies and Journalism, Erin brings her interdisciplinary educational background to CCS by diversifying storytelling mediums and by creating space for diverse voices to share their art. Her passion and appreciation for the arts –– performance, digital, or otherwise –– guides her belief in the power of creative expression as a unifier and a driver for positive, equitable change. She is also currently the Director of Communications and board member for Oral History in the Mid-Atlantic Region, a board-run nonprofit dedicated to the promotion and improvement of oral history.
