Please read all of the following before registering.

Before registering, make sure you have a copy of your Covid-19 vaccination record either as a .pdf or a digital image (jpg, png, etc.).

  • All attendees, including spectators, must show proof of Covid-19 vaccination.  Date of final shot must be 14 days prior to SummerSing events. You will not be able to complete the registration without uploading a copy of your proof of vaccination.
  • Your registration will only be considered confirmed after it is reviewed by a CCS staff member. You will receive an email either confirming your registration or asking for additional information within 24-48 hours after you submit your registration.
  • In the case of a medical exemption for vaccination, a letter signed by a medical doctor stating the reason for the exemption must be provided at the time of registration for the event, along with proof of recent (within 1 week of event) negative Covid-19 test. The exemption should be uploaded during the registration; the negative Covid-19 test should be brought to the check-in on the day of the event.
  • Registrations will only be available online, and registrations MUST be completed by noon on the Friday before the event. The box office will not be open for walk-up ticket sales. No day-of registrations will be available.
  • All attendees, regardless of age, must register.
  • All registrations will be delivered digitally; no paper tickets will be issued.
  • You may not transfer your registration to another person, regardless of their vaccination status.
