How can I order tickets?
Tickets for concerts at Washington National Cathedral may be ordered online (visit the "Events & Tickets" tab above), by phone at (202) 537-2228, or purchased in person on the day of each concert. Tickets are available for purchase in-person one hour before each concert. 

How much are tickets?
Single tickets for our four main concerts of the 2015/16 season are available at the following price levels:

Premium Nave: $77
Mid Nave: $56.50
N. and S. Balcony: $51.00
West Balcony: $46.00
N. Transept West: $43.00
Rear Nave: $33.00
N. Transept E./S. Transept/Side Aisles: $25

Students/youth tickets are always $15 (all sections).
Seniors, military, and veterans can receive 10% off (excludes Premium Nave).

Tickets for our “Cathedral Sings!” community sing-alongs are $10.

How do I get my tickets?
For your convenience, tickets are mailed to you in advance if you purchase more than a week before the concert.  If the concert is less than one week away, your tickets are held at will call and may be picked up under your name beginning one hour prior to the concert. If you’d prefer not to have your tickets mailed, or if you’d like them mailed to a different address, please let us know by calling (202) 537-2228.

Who needs a ticket?
All concert patrons over the age of 3 will need a ticket for entry. 

Do you have any discounts?
Tickets for students/youth are always $15. Seniors (65+), veterans, and military can receive a 10% discount.  If you’re purchasing tickets online, look for these options in the drop-down menus, and if purchasing by phone, please mention your status. Groups (10 or more people) receive a 20% discount. For group booking information, please call (202) 537-2228.

What should I do if I have special accessibility needs?

What can I expect on the day of the concert?
Parking is available in the underground garage for $10 (cash only). Subscribers receive free parking. There is also free surface parking available. The front doors to the Cathedral open one hour prior to the performance time for will call pick-up and ticket purchasing. The doors to the performance space/Nave open 45 minutes before the concert for seating.

What is your refund policy?
Concert tickets are generally non-refundable.

What happens if the weather is bad?
In the event of very extreme inclement weather (for example, if public transit in the District of Columbia is closed), a concert may be cancelled.  If this happens, this will be noted on our website, by pre-recorded message at (202) 537-2228, and on social media.  An email will also be sent to patrons.  If a concert is cancelled, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.  If a concert proceeds without cancellation, we are unable to provide ticket refunds.
